The red oak table with its strong lines and grain is the result of Craig’s recent exploration of how non-rectilinear forms can function in our spaces both structurally and aesthetically. It was inspired by curves found in nature and mathematical models, the glass top allowing the user to examine the facets, curves and structure of what is a section of a torus shape.
